The brief.
The lower backyard was affected by water from surrounding higher ground, and excavation had to happen in very wet, difficult conditions.
03 / The solution03Frankston South
Designed together.
OzWalls worked with a plumber on the drainage solution before rebuilding with concrete sleepers and galvanised steel posts, with drainage incorporated as the works progressed. The retaining system manages the level changes and helped return the lower yard to usable space. The photographs show the walls going in.
