Aluminium & Metal Fencing Melbourne

Style, privacy and durability.

Aluminium and select metal fencing, supplied and installed on its own or as part of a boundary with our modular walls and gates. Slats set close for privacy or open for airflow, for homes and commercial sites across Melbourne.

Metal and aluminium fencing

Seven fence types.
Fitted to the boundary.

We supply and install aluminium and select metal fencing, on its own or combined with our modular walls and gates, for residential and commercial sites.

Colorbond for durable, low-maintenance steel in a range of colours. Aluminium picket for a classic look that will not rust, and steel picket where strength matters. Chain-link for cost-effective security on industrial and commercial boundaries. Aluminium slat, corrugated metal and metal privacy screens for a modern line and screened views.

Slats can be spaced for airflow or closed up for full privacy.

Part of the boundary

Fence, gate, wall.
Planned as one.

Most of what OzWalls builds is modular and acoustic walls, with gates and fencing alongside. A fence can run into a modular wall, as the 1200 mm aluminium blade fencing and pedestrian gates do around a VogueWall pool enclosure at Ashburton, or take a gate made to match, as the blade fence and sliding gate do at Mornington.

If your boundary needs fencing and a wall or gate as well, put it all in the one enquiry and we will scope it together.

Our approach

How the job runs

  1. Site inspection

Levels, access and soil conditions are checked on site, so we can recommend the fence type and quote it accurately.

  2. Scope and free quote

We confirm what the fence has to do — privacy, security, airflow or street appeal — and provide a clear quote, including the rules and regulations that apply to the job.

  3. Approvals

If your job needs council approval, we will flag it at the quote and talk you through what applies.

  4. Install and hand over

An efficient install with a clean finish and a practical handover.

Common questions

Questions we get asked

  • What types of metal and aluminium fencing do you install?

Colorbond, aluminium picket, steel picket, aluminium slat, chain-link, corrugated metal and metal privacy screens, for residential and commercial sites.

  • Is aluminium fencing low maintenance?

Yes. Aluminium is rust and corrosion resistant, which matters on bayside and coastal sites, and powder-coated finishes need little more than an occasional clean. It is also lighter than steel or wrought iron, so it is easier to install.

  • Can slats be spaced for privacy or airflow?

Yes. Slats can be spaced for airflow or closed up for full privacy, depending on what the fence is for.

  • Do you install fencing without a modular wall?

Yes. We supply and install fencing on its own or combined with our other products — modular walls, gates and retaining walls — to suit the job.

  • Does Colorbond fencing need painting?

No. Colorbond is steel with a baked-on finish, so it does not need painting, sealing or staining, and it comes in a range of colours.
