What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, the type of project, whether it is residential or commercial, your timeframe, approximate dimensions, your message, and any plans, drawings or photos you upload.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site inspection and prepare a quote, and to carry out and follow up any work you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your details where it is needed for your job — for example with a supplier or trade working on the project — or where the law requires it.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored on our web server and delivered to our business email. We keep them only as long as we need them for your enquiry or job and our business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by contacting us. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first and we will work with you to resolve it.
